This scholarship is focused on those having issues with their immigration status.
The purpose of the Access Opportunity scholarship is to support those, who because of their immigration status are not able to secure student loans for their higher education.
About the Scholarship
Value: Full tuition fee and a living allowance of £11,000 per year. Two scholarships are available.
Available to: Prospective students
Selection criteria: Personal and financial circumstances, residency status and academic potential.
Eligible programmes: All undergraduate degree programmes
Deadline: Friday 20 May 2022
Eligibility
Applicant should:
Hold an Offer of admission to UCL to study a full-time undergraduate degree for 2022/23 intake
Be asylum seekers, children of asylum seekers or unaccompanied asylum-seeking children who are seeking asylum in Uk.
Be unable to access student finance ( tuition fee or maintenance loan) because of their immigration status.
Annual renewal of the scholarship is subject to satisfactory academic progress.
